Our team is made up of hand picked, talented, and super easy-going stylists. We are so confident you will LOVE the Blush Experience, we personally guarantee your pre–wedding trial.

If at the time of your trial appointment, you are not completely satisfied with your hair or makeup, we will arrange for you to have a FREE re–trial with the same stylist or if you choose, a different Blush Brides team member.

This is all at Blush Brides expense. No charge to you at all. If after your second trial, you are still not, raving to all your friends how excited and happy you are… We will refund your deposit paid 100%. No hard feelings at all!

Terms of Guarantee

Blush Brides guarantee is only valid for brides who have booked and paid their deposit to secure their wedding date.

Our 100% Happy Bride Guarantee is only valid if you express t your stylist that the time of your appointment if you are at all unhappy with your trial

Our 100% Happy Bride Guarantee is not valid for brides who simply can not make a choice on hair or makeup styles. It is for Brides who are genuinely unhappy with the outcome of their appointment.

Here at Blush Brides, we like to give the best possible customer service. We believe that a component of this, relies on both ourselves and our brides, clearly understanding what our service involves and how we operate.

Please read the following terms and conditions prior to paying your deposit with us.

Congratulations on becoming a Blush Bride! We look forward to helping you, and your bridal party look and feel breath taking on your wedding day.

Bookings & Payments

Upon booking Blush Brides, a non refundable deposit is taken to secure your stylists and your wedding date with Blush Brides.
This is 50% of the total cost of your booking. (Payment Plans Available)

A 3 day cooling off period applies, from the date your deposit is received. If you choose to cancel your booking, a refund of your deposit will be given, less 30% admin fee.

Bookings are only deemed official, once Blush Brides have received your deposit in full. Wedding dates cannot be held open for any reason due to popular demand.

By paying your deposit, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions, clearly set out in this document.

Your final payment is due 1 month prior to your wedding date via internet deposit or credit card. Payments MUST be received by this date, in order for your booking to proceed on the wedding day. Blush Brides do not accept cash payments on the wedding day.

Blush Brides requires a minimum of 3 (1 bride and two bridesmaids), or equal to this charge when booking our service.

• Minimum charge for both hair and makeup $ 1,440.00
• Minimum charge hair only $ 730.00
• Minimum charge makeup only $ 710.00

Cancellations & Changes to Bookings

All deposits paid to secure your booking with Blush Brides are non refundable.

Should you cancel your booking within 1 month of your wedding day, full payment will be required.

Blush Brides requests that you diligently check who, in your family, friends and bridal party would like their hair and makeup done on your wedding day.

Once your booking is made, and confirmed by Blush Brides, and additional hair and makeup service may be added, but NOT removed from your original booking.

People On the Wedding Day

We would love to extend our services to your friends and family. We can make these arrangements at the time of booking your wedding with Blush Brides, and in the lead up to your wedding.

For those not included in your booking, that request hair and makeup on the day, charges will be at our full rates as displayed on our website.

Payments are made with credit card only. The bridal party is our first and main priority so these extra booking may only take place if time permits.

Pre-Wedding Trials

Blush Brides recommends that all brides have a pre wedding trial approx 4 – 6 weeks prior to the wedding day. This ensures you will be completely satisfied on your wedding day, with your chosen styles.

The pre wedding trial is designed to help you discover your dream hair and makeup vision, feel comfortable with our service and products and also meet your personal Blush Brides stylists.

If you choose not to participate in the pre wedding trial, the Blush Brides 100% Happy Bride Guarantee does not apply.

Trial Locations – Please note that your trial will take place in the region of your wedding, and trial locations are to be provided by the bride.

We are able to come to you in hotels, function rooms, and your home if in the same region. For example, if you are a Sydney bride getting married in the Hunter Valley, your trial will need to be done in the Hunter.

NOTE – If you are a Sydney bride having your wedding in the Hunter Valley, and do not wish to travel for your trial appointment to the hunter, you may request that one of our Sydney artist does your wedding day. This means that you can have your trial in the comfort of your own home in Sydney, however there will be an extra travel fee of $350 for the artists to travel to you on the wedding day.

The Blush Brides Studio in Nelson Bay is also an option for brides out of the area, when available. Should you cancel your trial booking with less than 24 hours notice, full charges will apply. Payments for pre wedding trials must be made 2 days in advance to your appointment.

During your trial we expect our brides to be 100% honest. If you are for any reason unhappy with the direction or the outcome of your trial, you must advise your stylist immediately. We are here to help, and are super easy going. This way we can make alterations to provide you with a look you are 100% delighted with. If you express you direction, and are still unhappy with the outcome, the Blush Brides Guarantee will apply.

Realistic Expectations – Your stylist will begin with a consultation, and then consider your hair length, colour, skin tone, condition, bone structure, style, personality and aspect of your wedding.

Our extensive training and experience allows us to offer honest, flattering and professional suggestions that will emphasize your best features, to create a style that will look amazing on you.

While magazine clippings, celebrity clipping and various photographs may be used as a guide for a desired look, it is important to recognize that replications may not be suitable or possible to achieve.

NOTE – We will always to be absolute best to ensure you are able to have your hair an makeup on the same day, however this is not always possible due to our stylists and our brides both having hectic schedules. The earlier you book your trial date, the better.

On your Wedding Day

Blush Brides will make every effort to ensure you have the same stylist that you had for your trial on your wedding day. In the rare event that due to unforeseen circumstances this is not possible, you will be notified and another Blush Brides stylist supplied where possible.

If for any reason Blush Brides is required to cancel your booking also due to unforeseen circumstances ( illness, emergency etc ), we will do our best to provide you an alternative supplier, and you will be given a full refund.

Blush Brides will not be held liable for having to cancel, due to unforeseen circumstances.

Images, Video and Social Media

Here at Blush Brides we like to show off our stunning brides. We will contact you or your photographer, after your wedding and would love to see some of your professional wedding photos.

Blush Brides also take our own photos and videos while you and your bridal party are getting ready and may also be used for advertising purposes. Please also let us know if you do not wish to participate in this.

Liability

Blush Brides hair and makeup stylists take the utmost care in providing a clean and safe working environment for both our clients and ourselves. All products and tools used by our stylists , are used under strict hygiene processes.

We provide our services with fully qualified, highly experienced stylists, using the highly quality products and tools. Every care is taken to ensure minimal risk, and a pre wedding trial is strongly recommended for brides who may be reactive to skin care and makeup products.

Blush Brides will not be held liable for any loss suffered in the event of skin breakouts, reactions or any other injury resulting from makeup application or hair styling. In the event of an incident relating your wedding day hair and makeup service, Blush Brides Stylists are insured individually and personally.

Any issues will be referred directly to your stylist involved and must the taken up with them personally.
